Here are a couple of links for DOJ Drug lists:

Section 1308.11 Schedule I

21 CFR - Section 1308.12 Schedule II.

21 CFR - Section 1308.13 Schedule III

All items listed are "controlled substances".

I'm not finding the actual DOT list, but I'm pretty sure that all of the drugs listed at those links are included.
