WHAT!
Why should you get paid for waiting ? Isn't that part of the job?

The real money at Schneider is in team driving, afaik.

"Real" money at Schneider is a very relative concept. A a blanket statement the pumpkin pays on the low side regardless of what account or equipment you are on.

When the company I'm with took over servicing a dedicated account the employees who came over from Schneider all got 10-25% raises.

I earn ~800 week running a yard goat 40hrs. The same job at Schneider paid a flat salary of $700/week and you were expected to work up to your 70hrs.

A starting team driver at SNI gets 39cpm while the same driver starting at Landspan gets 45cpm.

I worked at Schneider for 15 months, left earlier this year. I was on the Walmart account and I ran regional. I delivered to Sams and Walmarts in
Oh,In,Mi,Pa,Ky and Wv.

I worked 6 days on 2 days off, basically off mon tues then tues wed then wed thursday........that began to beat me down after a while.

I ran about 1500-1900 miles a week.

I was treated ok I guess, had to fight to get Christmas Day off even though I never missed any other days of the year.

I got that one year of experience and I left and found a job that gets me home daily

Not trying to start any $hit but I make the same money being home daily, off weekends as I did working 6 and 2 OTR with Schneider.

Agreed Bloo! I am willing to switch-hit and apply my right hand to your left and right posterior. I think that will help me work through this. Are you willing to let me practice my new, sensuous form of relief with Bloo as the subject! I'm thinking that this could be a great help! Any thoughts!

We'll tie the pooch up out back. :P
