Mackman that looks almost like my truck. There is only a few things differnt. Mine is just solid blue no two tone deal, I have a differnt style miror<sp>, a brush gaurd, and my stacks are bigger.

That would make an excellent tow rig to bring a trail only rig to the trail with ...But as for the trail , well don't worry most jeeps like the one I built had a big winch ,and a few snatch straps to help you out .


Those diesl trucks can be made damn fast for a fair price ...I like dodge , but like auatmatics ,and wouldn't touch a heavy duty diesel with a chrysler transmission behind the mill .

Reason I don't have a winch is because I don't plan on getting stuck.

Ahh, very nice truck mackman. I want to get a set of stacks but I can't because of my sled deck... I'm straight piped although with a BTS tranmission, dynatrac/warn hub kit and and some other goodies... gotta have the toys!

I can't remember what year they stopped putting the High Pininon Dana 60 up front on the F-250's and wnet to the Dana 50 which is basicly a Dana 44 with a 60 housing , So can replace the guts of the 50 with 1-ton parts . I had 1994 HP 60 under my last Jeep with an upgraded set of knuckles /300m shafts /and hub conversion /35 spline stb shafts to match the inner 35 spline shafts . Next build I will not use a Ball jointed axle ,And will get an older King Pin style axle I figure either a Dana 60 or upsize to a Dana 70 .

you would think that with all the money they put into that thing they would have atleast opted for a coil over set for rear suspension rather than than a set o leaff spings with an arch to them no resembling a U :wink:
