that is top for teams, .505 for singles. We used to start .02 cents less and top pay in 2 years, but I think teams were almost hired in at top pay to get good teams. I am not sure what other companies start at. That ad was in the Atlanta paper a while back, but you can bet they start higher than most OTR companies top out at. get your 1 year and all your endorsements and it should start to open some doors for you. There are good paying jobs in trucking, you just have to do some checking to find the $$$.
