1)ran over landscaping
2)got backed into (do not know how this was my fault but NFI charged me with it).
3)hit fixed object
4)step fell off my truck (did not hit anything)

1)65 in a 55 zone
2)69 in a 55 zone

Doug, your record demonstrates that you are careless and are not paying attention when you are driving. While the accidents may not have been too serious, they are situations which could have been prevented. You may have a shot at getting on with another carrier if the accidents are not on your driving record, but the speeding tickets will raise some eyebrows, especially the one at 14 mph over. If it was reported to DAC, then it will be with you for a while. I don't know how long you have driven, but if your time has been short it will have a greater impact than if you have driven for a number of years. The first thing a carrier will do is pull your MVR and DAC, if they subscribe. I think you are going to have some difficulty finding a carrier with everything that is on your record. My suggestion is to get on the phone and start calling carriers. Tell them about your record and see if they are interested. There are several thousand carriers across the country. Unless you have at least 2 years of verifiable experience you may be limited to the larger carriers who are able to insure you.

In a NFI truck? Either you where going down hill heavy or you run out west. My NFI truck was governed at 66MPH like the rest of the fleet.

You may want to pull your DAC and MVR to see what is on your record. The two years experience should help you and would probably land you a very good job, except for your tickets. If you keep trying you will probably find someone who will give you a try. If not, you will probably need to wait until part of the negative information comes off of your MVR.

I have pulled my DAC and that is where i got my information and everyday I send out job applications to every place I know of.
