That's a photo of a dashboard in a newer style 4300 or 4400 International, probably equipped with a DT466E International engine, and it has an Allison automatic transmission in it as evidenced by the "RND421" indicator.
Those trucks have only been around since the early 2000's, so it's hard to believe someone could pile that many hours on one, since there are 8760 hours in a year.
