Your first mistake was not getting your logs turned in on time.
Your second mistake was in not calling Rhoel, and advising them of what was happening, and having someone in management handle the situation.
I admit it was my fault about the logs, however I did send over the qualcom what had happened instead of just hearsay.Your first mistake was not getting your logs turned in on time.
Your second mistake was in not calling Rhoel, and advising them of what was happening, and having someone in management handle the situation.
I was always instructd by others to do so instead of the phone due to human error.
Anyways, I just got hired by Wausau homes after being honest with them about the story. They said nothing is on my dac regarding threatining a consignee. They said they got the hint by talking to me that i dont sound like that type of person.
I even got a payraise out of the deal which increases my wage by 3 cents.
Roehl said they will only put down a breach of policy, so thats fine with me.
I guess everything turned out for the better.

Good deal! Glad to hear it!! Also, don't forget that YOU have the right to have your "dispute" of their reasoning added to your DAC. But, since "breach of policy" fits the log situation.... I'm not sure it is necessary.

And BTW they get paid by DAC to make the reports
Actually, it's the other way around. DAC is just the repository of employment information. Companies pay DAC for those reports...that's how DAC/USIS makes it's money, just like any other credit reporting agency. DAC could care less what's on the report, since it's the company themselves that control what info they put on it.And BTW they get paid by DAC to make the reports
As far as your DAC report, the reason for leaving would most likely indicate TERMINATED and the work record would be POLICY VIOLATION. That's pretty vague, but customer issues generally raise a lot of red flags with carriers. Glad things worked out with Wausau.
