Hi, I'm new; Looking for answers from SWIFT/CR-Eng drivers
SubscribeCheck out Schnieder. They have a good training program. 2 weeks, they pay for you food and hotel. You have to sign a contract saying you'll work for them for 12 months.
I beleive MOST people would say Schnieder is a better outfit then Swift.

I'm going to phone interview with schnider about their tanker jobs tomorrow. I was actually hoping they still had automatic trucks, but they do not; it was a pilot program. Only thing with them is that I have to get a permit first; which isn't that bad considering with them they only 'do not' pay you the first two weeks. As I've stated I'm kind of unable to go 6 weeks like with SWIFT and not get anything. We'll see how it goes. I just hope if I do go; that I'll actually be able to 'drive'.

come work for Roehl. I started 5 months ago and am making an avrage of 650 a week on my check. The school when i went was 3 weeks and if you pay it was 2800 for school and housing you will take about a month after school before making more than 300 a week but after that you wont know what to do with all that money. I have only had a lvl 2 inspection sense starting here, and they get me the miles. This company has a %80 turnover rate compared to %200 at swift not sure of cre. I realy like this company and dont plan on leaving any time soon. I am even thinking of leasing my own truck.
