Can't WAIT to see what you'll come up with next Can’t wait to see that happen. Actually, I’d pay good money for it to happen around your pappy and for him to beat you upside the head with a rod or three. :P Just sayin' :D |
Nah I would rather see his Pappy ram Boot up Booty and WONDER WHY THERE IS NO MORE ROOM UP THERE WHEN BOOT USED TO FIT BEFORE OBAMA TOOK OFFICE.

Well... you're BOTH out of luck! My dad is one of MY biggest fans! And the feeling is mutual!
He KNOWS.... and has told me many times..... that "I" am much smarter than him, and blessed with an understanding of the modern world that "evolved" while he was at work. (paraphrased) He's the most "centered" person I have ever known.... and I DO understand that he has a religious point of focus. But, I don't let that get in the way of my "listening" to what he has to SAY as a father. My father is not blind to my faults and problems. But, he loves me just the same. It "IS" an unconditional love that he has has been "led" to live his life by. I suspect the fathers among you might somehow understand that. But, Twilight.... if you want SO much to see me burn in hell, and to see my father in pain over that, cuz there won't be any foot in the butt... then, I hope you get your wish. Cuz..... it IS "all about YOU." Or.... IS it??? |

I made mention of your father taking an iron rod upside your head a few times to wake you up. It was in reference to the whole “spare the rod, spoil the child” axiom and it was pretty easy to discern that as a father, sometimes tough love is a good thing. Where on earth you got the idea that I wanted you to burn in hell and to see your father in pain, is absolutely beyond me. Are you really that paranoid? Are you really that hell-bent on making everything into an argument? You know, I am truly striving for kinder, gentler TF, but I swear, if you were standing in front of me, I’d punch you right smack in the nose for being such a lead-headed azz about some things. |

Starting in 2013, they either won't GET those subsidies anymore OR won't be allowed to take a tax deduction for spending YOUR money. I'm not sure which, it may be both.
One thing is for sure..... the change won't affect their bottom line UNTIL 2013, so WHY are they taking the "one time" charge against profits NOW? Unless, of course, they are trying to embarrass the administration or help the Republicans this fall. 2) You DO realize, don't you, that the American Spectator article you are referencing is written by a BLOGGER, who is quoting an UNNAMED "lobbyist" for one of these companies, and some "leftover" staff from the Bush administration (supposedly) RIGHT??? May I remind you that MATCAT is writing a BLOG? Waxman doesn't even bother asking why the CEOs made the statements anymore. I guess someone helped him read the law. Now he wants to drag these guys before congress in order to politicize the issue and grandstand about how awesomely awesome their (hypothetical) cost savings will be from the overall law, so they should just shut up about their billions of dollars in (actual) costs from the law - costs about which it would be illegal for them to shut up. I won't pretend to give a rat's ass about the NASA story. Once the administration decided to scrap space exploration in favor of global warming research, I knew what I needed to know there. It really doesn't concern me. Although, maybe he can send a scientist or two to check out my air conditioning for me. I just had it fixed a few months ago and it's putting out globally warmed air again. |
Hey Twilight.... calm down. I forgot to add the smilies! I was just "playing along.":lol::lol:
