Golfhobo, it would seem you did absolutely no reading of the material I suggested. If you had, you would realize that the "so-called attacks" have a basis in fact.
Would you like me to list them here for you and make it far more convenient? http://townhall.com/columnists/Thoma...the_real_obama http://newsbusters.org/blogs/p-j-gla...list-new-party http://web.archive.org/web/200103060...rg/up9610.html http://www.populist.com/11.96.Edit.html http://newsbusters.org/blogs/rich-no...kes-connection And, there's far more. |

With all due respect Windwalker, do you have any from any non-right wing websites? I try real hard to find neutral websites to quote, certainly never relying on left wing sites when I want to make a point.

Hobo, thank you for your honest answer. You mentioned the Clinton Era. I'm afraid that Klinton did nothing to "derail" us from getting to where we are today. It was started, for the most part, before Bush (the elder) was in office. But, during Clinton, it was sped up. I don't know if Clinton had anything to do with it himself, but I do know people that have had their homes foreclosed on, and they've been paying on mortgages for fifteen to twenty five years. Twenty eight years, in one case. And, they all point to the same reason. No cost of living raises for ten years or more. All the other expenses went up, but they were on a "fixed income". They sold boats, motorcycles, and ATVs to try to make up the difference, and lost it all anyhow. Some of those mortgages were not bad paper for more than fifteen years.
Clinton did nothing to protect the American worker. He promoted more out-sourcing and importing foreign goods which cost Americans good jobs with real benefits. I'm afraid his Halo is just as tarnished as everyone else's. And, it does nothing to make Obama the "SHINY BLACK KNIGHT". |
Well how about you are quoting townhall.org. This is McCain's own website. Not very neutral or bi-partisan. It would be like me calling you a Giraffe Killer and referencing my own website where I called you one without Independent proof. All of us need to be careful to find the truth and not just spout off talking points from our respective parties (or whatever you wanna call it)
I am not certain why you refer to Obama as a "Shiny Black Knight" Kinda feels like you are attempting to incite rage and fear amongst voters. Name calling is truly below you and this discussion. |
To me,the debates are nothing more than political smoke and mirrors. After all the hub-bub the facts remain.......
Bottom line is..... You either vote for the canidate who supports the murder of unborn children or you don't. Abortion and the 2nd admendment are my concerns, the rest is something to muddy the water. |

It's your choice just how you feel about "TOWNHALL". How about a reporter from TIME MAGAZINE? Or doesn't that pass your "BIAS" test either?

http://www.commentarymagazine.com/bl...p/wehner/36922 As do the The New York Times, The Washington Post, The Chicago Sun-Times, The New Yorker and The New Republic who have said after internal reviews "that their reporting doesn't support the idea that Obama and Ayers had a close relationship" |

I suppose I could just post a bunch of links and assume that would give my posts more credibility but I choose to debate issues not Muckraking. |
