As a matter of fact I seen a DKD truck with an asphalt trailer go by I didn't see any flammable placards but the only ones I seen said HOT on them.

We haul our tack with asphalt tankers.

You are right however on the liquid asphalt.

I guess those who have done that type of work and those that run Hazmat for a living are all wrong then......

But an 18 y/o who only has a CDL permit is correct.......

Your stories get more and more outlandish....

I didn't ask what type of asphalt it was cause I didn't even think about it at the time. Isn't tack non hazmat? If it is then that is the type of asphalt they were talking about then.

Tack is non hazmat.

Tack is not liquid asphalt though. There are few differnt types of liquid asphalt but I can't rember what they all are.

Ok that is what they were talking about! The confusion came into play when I asked someone about hauling asphalt in a tanker and they assumed it was liquid asphalt. Thanks for clearing it up!
