You sure its skunks? There are some politicians out campaigning lately, and lots of news media on the road as well. :?

I had that same thought. Is it possible they all stink the same way???

Skunks smell better and they make less money and don't leave a slim trail :lol:

Think of it like this.

DOT will not crawl under you rig for inspections if they can smell it from 100 yards.

And you could have ran over a female skunk. If that's the case, the males will be under your truck looking for her.

I've been seeing alot of em and nailed 2 in the past 2 weeks. First was't bad must never have seen me comeing , but the second :shock: OMG my dog and I almost froze to death cuz I had the windows down and it was about 10 degrees, I ended up parking my truck a block away from my house that night :lol:

30 minutes after running over a live one, i really wish i would have had my video camera within reach, and its batteries recharged as i backed into the spot next to the group of drivers. their facial expressions were priceless. :lol:

To be honest....I don't mind the smell either, but I still try an avoid hitting em, alive or dead.
