How exactly are they killing rates? All the contracts they bid on are extremely good paying contracts. They certainly aren't one of these companies bidding $0.80 per mile, or even $0.98 per mile on their contracts (unlike a certain CTI).

Our rate would have been much higher if a certain company didn't bid at $.99, also they do cut the rates it can be $1.75 then it goes to $1.27 or down to $1.10!
