Nice photos shyykatt!
This isn't much...just one I found easily, of Tucson. He wasn't saddle-broke yet in this photo. So he was scrawny yet. Had life so easy being the dominant horse in the pasture. He was 4 1/2 yrs. old...when I broke him...ideal...huh! Dark dapple with two-tone white/gray mane and tail, and white eyelashes. (pure Polish) His tail finally reached the ground and his mane down to his legs, after I groomed him daily for 3 years. He had excellent whithers, and all his hooves were perfect. I'll dig up some photos later and send them PM.

Kool; do you happen to know what his pedigree was? I bet it took him a long time to grey-out? Thanks :)

Well...yes...there was a simple 6-generation...but in his case, it didn't matter, as they considered him rank and gelded him, before I came along. I never bothered going to the ranch of origin and following through with papers. I wanted him purely for Trail Competition. I drove by his birth ranch a few times, but never stopped.
These were Polish bloodlines! I mean...Tucson was 16.1 hands!!.... had withers and sloped Pasterns. Strong Army horse strain left in his loins. Not bred out like those idiot Show people wanted....you know...dainty porcelin toy statues...but not saddle worthy or trail worthy.

I learned to hate Show people...and their idea of what a Horse should look like.

That is so funny; we wanted to show, and did, only a little, but just like you said; "Toy horses"- I love to RIDE, and you can't ride those kind. Yeah, those folks sure do suck- and if you are not in their income bracket, or don't breed 'show horses to show horses', they won't give you the time of day.
Yours was tall-( Xtreme will mature at or near 16hh as well. ) So what ever happened to him?
