The pay cap is increasing to $0.47/mi plus Barr-Nunn’s industry leading Band Pay and is effective immediately. New company drivers earn pay raises of 1/2 cent per mile for every 40000 safe paid miles. In addition all Barr-Nunn company drivers earn 2 cents per mile to their 401k while enjoying the benefit of Blue Cross Blue Shield Health Insurance and free Life Insurance.
