We are a trucking company built by a driver for drivers! We are an OTR company that dispatches M-F and all drivers are home for the weekends. H&P Global Inc is based in the Memphis, TN/Olive Branch, MS area. We pay weekly and are focused on putting drivers in an environment that they can thrive in. We pride ourselves on treating our company drivers like the leaders and bosses they truly are! The owners of the company have years of experience in the logistics industry. One of the owners is a CDL A driver himself. He's driven for over 6 years. The second owner has been in the industry from receiving to shipping for 23 years. All drivers are solo and are paid 25% of the gross revenue brought to the truck. The drivers earn based strictly on their ability to drive and mange the truck loads daily through out the week. Each driver must possess the ability to drive 700 miles in a day, but the average miles driven are around 550 daily. An added bonus that we offer to every employee of the company is access to free financial literacy products such as credit restoration and funding through the banks. H&P truly believes that it's deeper than trucking and provides the right information for each driver to thrive both inside and outside of the truck!
