CR Transport & Logistics came together in April 2011, after the acquisition of a specialized long haul carrier in Channahon, Illinois. Since the inception, everything built under the CR name operates to bring long haul logistics back to the days when transport companies worked hands on with customers, drivers, and agents.
Our work philosophy and belief system have allowed our company to begin integrating additional services and infrastructures. There are currently just under 100 owner operators contracted to CR and the number is growing rapidly.

Contractor Requirements:
- Be 24 years of age
- 3 years verifiable driving experience
- 6 months flatbed experience
- Contractors over 65 years of age must go for yearly physical and eye exam

Driver Recruiting Bonus
CR Transport, Inc. has implemented a new Owner Operator Recruiting Bonus. The initial Sign-on Bonus* is distributed to both Owner Operator and Agent who actively recruited the Owner Operator.
-$250.00 initial bonus paid each, to the Owner Operator and Agent of Record who recruited the Owner Operator
-$300.00 subsequent bonus paid to the Owner Operator after 90 days
*Initial Sign-on Bonus constitutes when the Owner Operator has been qualified, signs the lease, and has first dispatch.
DOT Roadside Inspection Campaign
Every Driver that receives a roadside inspection that states ” No Violations Found” or “No Defects Found” will receive $100 no matter what level of inspection (Level 1 – 7 ). If a driver receives 3 clean inspections during 2014 and no out of service (OOS) inspections the driver will receive a $500 bonus at the end of the year.
Contractor of the Year
The CR Transport Driver that best exhibits the standards of a professional driver will receive a $2500 bonus. The drivers will be rated in the following areas:
- Number of Clean Inspections
- Clean preventable accident record
- No moving violations
- All required paperwork turned in on time(BOL, Logs, maintenance, inspections, trip sheets)
- A 95% on time delivery rate
