HIRING REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Hiring Requirements for Solo Driver
Must be 21 years of age
Must have a valid Class A CDL
Must Pass DOT physical
Must pass DOT drug screen
Must pass road test
Must have 6 months OTR verifiable experience in the last 18 months or a total of 1 year in last 3 years
Must complete Arnold Transportations orientation
Accidents/ Ticket Requirements
No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years
No more than 2 moving violations in the last 12 months
No more than 3 preventable accidents in the last 3 years
No reckless or careless in the last 3 years
