Below is the pay scale for all OTR drivers:
.060 Loaded Miles for Reefer Freight
.050 Loaded Miles for Dry Van Freight
.040 Empty Miles
Sometimes a (short trip) may be paid a percentage. We will pay 25% of the gross of the flat rate amount. If the percentage is more than what your miles would have been, then we will pay the greater of the two.
