Below is the pay scale for all OTR drivers:

.040     Empty Miles

.050     Loaded Miles for Dry Van freight

.060     Loaded Miles for Reefer Freight

.070     Loaded and Empty Miles for Tanker service

Sometimes a (SHORT TRIP) may be paid percentage. We will pay 25% of the gross of the flat rate amount.  If the percentage is more than what your miles would have been, then we will pay the greater of the two.

Note to driver pulling tanker:

When pulling a tanker, if you go to a customer and have to unload the tanker, we pay the driver an extra $100 for those duties. As a note, most deliveries can be unloaded within 2 hours or less.

Detention Pay is calculated after two hours of an appointment on the shipper’s end.

Detention Pay is calculated after two hours of an appointment on the receiver’s end.

Detention Pay is paid at your regular hourly rate.

Dedicated Customer Solution

If you are assigned to a Dedicated Customer Solution, your hourly pay will pay $30.00 per hour.  Availability to work for a full week qualifies you for a minimum of a 50-hour week of pay.  If you’re not available for the full week of work, then you will be paid only for hours worked.

On this (Dedicated Customer Solution) pay package, you are given the opportunity to receive a bonus of $5.00 per hour on all hours worked for the previous month.  The bonus comes with stipulations.
