Requirements

• Obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license and CDL license
• Knowledge of sewer and storm systems and equipment
• Experience in drain cleaning and/or plumbing
• Ability to work flexible hours, including on-call rotations and occasional weekends
• Overtime availability as we are a 24/7 operation
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in confined spaces
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Determine customer needs and provide solutions
• Good Communication skills to articulate technical information to customers
• Punctual travel to businesses daily

Responsibilities

• Operating and maintaining company equipment, including jet/vac machines, camera systems, and other tools
• Performing cleaning and maintenance of storm and sanitary sewer systems
• Unclog drains and pipes with high pressure jetting equipment
• Conducting video inspections of drainage systems to identify and diagnose issues
• Providing exceptional customer service and communication with clients regarding project progress and recommendations
• Ability work closely together with colleagues to ensure that every job is completed safely, efficiently and effectively
• Completing paperwork and documentation in detail related to service completion
