Hiring OTR CDL Class a Drivers. Company Base in Indiana.

Sign On / Transition Bonus - $500

Unlimited Driver Referral Bonus - $300 

Job Perks: 

• Choose between 1099 / W2

• Performance / safety Bonuses ($100, $125, or $150) every 17 Days (If qualifies) after 3 months of employment

• 2500-3000 Miles a week ( some weeks 3000 + Miles)

• Guaranteed 2500 MILES PAY ( Matched pay with 2500 Miles, if works less than 2500 mile due to dispatch ERROR !) - ON HOLD

• $20/hour detentions $150 Layovers

• Paid Time off for one week. (After 1 year of employment, Every Year (If you don’t use it - IT WILL ADD UP !)

• Flat Salary option after 3 months of employment. (IF out of INDY and Weekly) Other after 1 year 

OPTION 1 : WEEKENDS HOME - Regional

• Choose between $0.55 a mile SOLO / Flat Rate.

• Reset hours / Weekend at home time (OH, IN, ONLY!)

OPTION 2: OVER THE ROAD - OTR

• Choose between $0.55 - $0.60 a mile SOLO / Flat Rate.

• 2 Weeks OTR - 2-3 Days / 3 Weeks OTR - 3-4 Days HOME OPTION

OPTION 3: ROAD WARRIORS - OTR

• Choose between $0.65 - $0.70 a mile SOLO / Flat Rate.

• 8 Weeks OTR - 7 days Home Time

TIME WITH COMPANY 

INCREMENT

1 Year (Option 1 & 2 Only) - $0.60 CPM

3 Year (Option 1 & 2 Only) - $0.63 CPM

5 Year (Option 1 & 2 Only) - $0.65 CPM

8 + Years (Applies to all)

(Starting at $85,000/Year)

To qualify with Cambridge Transport, you must meet the following criteria:

• Must be at least 25 years of age / 28 years of age

• 2 years of verifiable tractor trailer experience / 1 year of experience

• No DUI or DWI convictions in the past 5 years and no felony conviction within the last 10 years

• No positive druge screens in the past 3 years

• Have an acceptable driving record as reflected by MVR

• No DOT recordable accidents in the past 3 years 

• Have a valid Class (A) CDL

• Meet DOT requirements and be able to  pass DOT physical and drug screen tests, both of which are paid for by the company

• Be able to perform functions in job description

Guarantee 2500 miles a week. 

 IF NOT , THEN WE MATCH IT.
