- Minimum 1 year CDL-A driving experience within last 3 years.
- No more than (3) moving violations is the last (4) years, no more than (5) non moving violations in the previous (2).
- No speeding violations of 15 mph or more in the previous (5) years
- No DUI or Careless/ Reckless Convictions in the previous (5) years, no more than (1) ever.
- No license suspensions in the previous (3) years for moving violations.
- No more than (2) preventable accidents in previous (5) years, NONE within the previous year
