It does not matter what your gender is to drive a truck. All you need is to be bright enough to understand the DOT laws, have your schooling, your CDL and know how to maneuver the truck and trailer and be teachable if wanting to hire on with a Company.
You must have your Class A or B CDL and at least 9 months of experience which can be verified to hire on with us.
All Companies run differently and we always put it out there up front so you know if this type of work is compatible with your lifestyle and pays enough to cover your bills and more.
We are a diverse company of 10 female drivers and 3 female office personnel which 1 is a dispatcher, 1 is maintenance director and 1 is recruiter and safety director. We have 22 male drivers with 3 office personnel which 1 is owner, and 2 are maintenance
