need help getting CDL
 

I am trying to in to trucking,the problem is 2years ago I had an wreck in my car,i had been drinking got a dui went to court got it redueced impaird and igot a speeding ticket.These 2 tickets give me 6 points on my lic.the points go off my lic FEB16.I was wondering if anybody would train and hire me now or how long do I have to wait.I live in Fint Michagan.Someone please giv me some good news.Thank you.

I may be wrong but don't think so, but most companies will not hire you with a DUI or anything similar on your record for 5-7 years. Their insurance company enforces that regardless of what kind of experience you have. If you don't have any experience at all then it will be even harder to jump through those hoops. The company might want to hire you but their ins co. won't and the ins co's have the final say-so unfortunately.
