How about the Jupiter Jack?
 
Has anyone tried the Jupiter Jack yet? It’s a FM transmitter you plug into your phone. When you receive phone calls, it is transmitted over your radio’s sound system, and it supposedly has a super sensitive mike to pick up your voice.
