I've had my Blue Eagle for over a year now and I love it!

The only problem is... DO NOT ATTEMPT TO TURN IT ON WHILE YOU ARE ON A CALL!
You have to hang up, turn on the headset and then call back.
If you try to turn on the headset during a call, it will not work anymore. The Blue Parrot will deactivate itself as soon as you make the call.
I have tried everything I know including trying to re-sync it with my phone (Samsung Jack) and nothing I tried worked. I even went to an AT&T store to see if they could re-sync it to my phone and after 2 frustrating hours the sales clerk gave up!
The only way to re-sync it with your phone is to leave it on and let the battery run dead, recharge it and it will work after that. Unless you do this, you're Blue Parrott will never work with your phone again.

Has anybody else had this problem? I'm wondering if it's my phone?

I realize this is a 8 month old thread but was wondering how the headsets were holding up? I can't decide between the blue eagle II or the bx250 blue parrot, I'm also looking at the Cobra one that I found a youtube video of put on by Cobra themselves. Any opinions/suggestions would be appreciated.

Well I see that they have brand new bx250xt Blue Parrot headsets on ebay for $74.99 with free shipping so I think I will get one.
