Just wondering if you would like to update us Mr. Conway.O&A having more listeners than Howard....come on now are you that much in the closet????Have you ever seen or heard an interview with those two from Worcester that didn't mention Howard???This is only for one reason, they are sub-par.You need to go back and run the numbers again, like him or hate him we listen and he makes money for Sirius and like I said before X-M,IF they could get past themselves would now be the only game in town.
Fact is 35k people went X-M for the Worcester boys in their first year(BTW you can hear for free now) and more than 4 million went to Sirius in a couple of months for Stern.
I {or for that matter most Stern fans I know} never compare Stern to O&A but, people I know that listen to them (O&A) are always compareing them to Stern????They are the biggest mistake X-M has made after the $50 million Oprah mess, which you can also see and hear for free????
How this doesn't make you X-m'ers blood boil with rage I don't understand. If I pay for something that is exclusive at a premium rate I better be getting what I pay for and in the O&A case you X-M'ers are getting the shaft big time no matter how you look at it.
Fear not big Mel has said he will buy out X-M but....my money has that it will be sold for a HUGE loss

Here we go. before you sart and agruement know what you are talking about.... PLEASE!

O&A are on XM (202 High Voltage, one of the most listened to programs
on XM to start with) How many stations are they sindicated on? hmmm New York (biggest radio market) Boston, Philly, Pittsburgh, Columbus, Cleveland, West Palm Beach and Detroit. Those are the ones I can remember off the top of my head. They have more listeners than Sirius has in subscribers.

I'm not going to go back thru and quote everything that you say because it's a waste of time, you don't have any facts no fact nor will you post any facts. It's a common fact the boys have more listeners than Stern but you don't see that. All of Stern's fan listen to O&A now and I think that makes your blood boil and the fact Stern only brodcast Monday thru Thursday and take the whole month of August off (500 million spent well).

Come back and post when you have some facts.

BOL!

I have sirius,I have never listened to xm so couldn't tell you which is better.I can tell you that satellite radio is the business.I got stuck in a rental truck recently and found regular radio unlistenable, could never go back to that full time.Spent the day listening to the turbo instead

True, O&A are on FM, but only for 2 or 3 hours, and it is censored for the fm crowd.

My thoughts on one vs the other, I will stay with xm simply because I already have it, I don't get into sports, and I don't want to drop $100 or so just to try out a different service.

Satellite radio will save your sanity.

Hello everyone, in my opinion, I would probably have both, so I could have the best of both worlds, but I prefer the good ol' AM & FM stations. My favorite? WTQR out of Winston-Salem, NC

Default XM VS. Sirius

I think Sirius has a better selection of sports programing...which I'm a fan of (ESPN) radio especially...But I honestly believe those of you on the road have heard of the "Bob and Tom" show will go to Satelite radio in the next 3-5 years and who ever lands that contract will come out the winner....just my opinion.

Since most of these posts are several months old & they both have new products out - which radio receiver is best if you want a plug & play or a portable unit? Does one sound or work better as suitable for a truck? They are touting some as being the smallest, ect. but not sure that is a good thing - I do not care about the money but most expensive may not be best. The person I am getting it for likes rock/metal/comedy & may like the trucking channels now (new driver) sports does not matter.

I have seen a lot of compaints about the commercials on XM, is Sirius the same?
