Park brake blocking valve
 

Hi All from Downunder,
I am having problems with the brake blocking valve on an old Volvo F7.

It should just easily pop off when the air pressure is up, but mostly takes a lot of effort to hold in for a while before it will stay there and the park brake will release.

Frustrating thing is it occasionally works properly.

Any clues?
