i had to change my name.....but they went in and found i had a bad turbo boost sensor.....which that sensor was only about 60bucks....but i didnt described problem right and they done a lot of other tests before they found that and it cost me $480 dollars in labor!!!!

hmmmm, I would have been chasing an incorrect engine coolant temperature input as well, but as soon as i discovered that the engine was NOT derating due to engine temperature, I would have left that ghost hunt... isn't it their JOB to ask the "right" questions?


...did they have an explanation for the erratic temperature readings being displayed? That doesn't seem to coincide with a boost pressure error.

as far as the erratic temp gauge, they said "could not duplicate"?? and it had stopped doing it until this past thursday .....
