I didn't build it, an A&I friend of mine did. I may in the future build an RV-10, but not any time soon!
Yes the RV-6 is probably the most fun an the least forgiving airplane I've ever flown - it is really a dream to fly! And at 6 gph and 180 mph, it is one economical hot rod! I've never seen a Sakota, I'll have to look it up! |

I was so impressed with this airplane's performance, I had to buy it. The 6 gph was a bonus. Its an IO-360 spinning a constant speed 80 inch prop. This little airplane will pull off a loop from level flight at about 50% power. In a bank, the darn thing actually noses up and gains altitude!
