Millis or Schneider
 

Well narrowed my options down to Millis and Schneider, to attend there school/work for in May. The job at schneider would be the Bulk division, They seem to be very close in pay and benefits, except for the 401k, Schneiders is much better, and either way I will be making sure I have 10% of my gross going into it. Any help would be appreciated, I am having a hard time deciding.

Everything i'm reading points to Millis

Better Pay
Better Equipment
Better Schooling [pupil to teacher ratio]
Better Home Time

Much , much smaller company. [I find company size a determining factor.] I don't wanna get lost as just a "warm body" with a tractor number.

Just my opinion but if I had a choice between bulk and general freight, I would definatly take bulk hauling!!
