Looking to become a truck driver, is it reasonable to change my career?

I am currently salaried for $40,000 per year as a social worker. I get 10 vacation days per year, 3 personal days, and 8 sick days. 3 bhk flats in dadar The problem is I am completely emotionally burned out with my job dealing with other people's problems and a high stress environment for so long. Right now I work an average of 8 hour days, but some 12s too if we are short staffed. Been there for 4 years and also can't advance past where I am now, as I am the highest position in my department as a manager. The next highest up is the Executive Director.
