Looking for drivers whether current or former of USX. Schneider lost the Walmart account at my location to them. Wondering what they are like, do they care if you idle? Looks like they do not have APUs. Do they pay empty miles? Word on the street is that we will only be paid loaded miles, we currently get paid our base rate for empty miles. Tried to talk to USX directly, they can't talk to us until April 1. OTR is completely out of the question! Wife says I'll be a single father with no home to come home to if I go OTR with Schneider! I know I'll never have it as good as I currently do. Not certain I want tp join Walmart directly, my neighbor is with them and is just trying to mind his last few years to hit retirement and get out. Says it ain't the same Walmart anymore, pay is good but too much red tape and politics/bureaucracy.

Guess no current USX drivers have passed thru and seen this............probably too busy dropping trailers from not properly checking their 5th wheel lock! :p
