Looking for any drivers running with them or have knowledge.

Typical hours? Do they have a weather policy? Time off, like pulling teeth or are they understanding? What's the work like, as serious as the advert makes it out, 400 pounds on a hand truck? 60 pounds lifting is nothing, did that with ease during physical therapy from knee surgery. I have zero logbooking experience, my last 12 years of driving have all been local, punching a time clock so no need to log or learn.
