OmniSource Class A CDL Toledo Drivers Wanted
 

OmniSource Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Steel Dynamics, one of the nation’s leading metals recycling companies, has openings for drivers to be based in the Toledo, Ohio area. We are 100% local.

Job Requirements:

• Two (2) years verifiable tractor-trailer experience or one (1) year of experience with a commercial driver’s license (CDL-Class A) school certification
• Applicant must be a least 23 years of age
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English
• No more than two (2) moving violations in a twelve (12) month period
• No more than three (3) moving violations in the past three (3) years
• No serious traffic violations in the past three (3) years
• No major preventable vehicle collisions in the past three (3) years
• No more than one (1) minor preventable collision in the past three (3) years
• No previous drug or alcohol positive test results in the past eight (8) years
• Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) Physical and Drug Screen
• Applicants will not be considered for hire if they have any drinking and driving convictions (DUI, OWI, and DWI) in the past five (5) years. Convictions greater than five (5) years will be reviewed on a case by case basis
• All other convictions will be reviewed on a case by case basis as they relate to the functions of the position
