Pros: Home every weekend, pretty good pay/ Good benefits, excellent christmas bonus and downtime pay.
Cons: Dispatch will try to force u to run illegal, when u wont, they will give u short runs for 2 weeks or longer. Company pays lumper fees but puts it on your gross pay, so u pay the taxes on them,(this can be 300-400 a week.) Oh, and if u do decide to run illegal for dispatch and get caught, safety dept will suspend u for a week, meaning u will work at $9.80/hr in the shop that week. Besides that overall good company to work for, the guys in the shop are seriously underpaid!! But still do a good job of getting trucks fixed.
