Boyd Bros ? -- O/O looking for flatbed , stepdeck, reefer company
 

Any one driven for Boyd Bros? I am a driver that drives for an owner operator who wants to run flatbed, stepdeck or reefer freight.

Also looking at Tradewinds, LTI and Taylor truck lines.....

I have not heard much negative about Boyd Brothers. They are a very old and established flat bed carrier. As I recall their owner operator pay is not very good. I would see if you could find a carrier that pays percentage and has decent rates. CRST Malone, Landstar, Universal AmCan, Mason Dixon, Besl and a few others pay percentage and have a lot of freight. Some of your decision should rest with where you live and where their primarty freight lanes run.

Check out Jones Motors out of PA, good outfit when I was leased on there with my flat.
