Pay per Mile?

Hello

Im looking find out what others are seeing for compensation.
I have been offered a position and they are paying .35 a mile, I have a few years of experiance and this is going to be with flatbed multi axles... They said I should make between 45-55K a year, they have a varrying payscale + load and unload pay, tarp ETC so its more then just miles. for compensation.
In some ways I kind of like the idea of doing more then just driving, its nice to get out of the cab every so often :)

So what your pay scale like?
Van ?
Flat Bed ?
Multi Axle?
Tanker ?

Thanks New to the board but not new to OTR
Dave

Seriously 43 views and no comments? No one is willing to say how much they make, or don't make?

If you don't want to say exactly on a public forum I understand but maybe a PM or something?

my CPM put .35 to shame.

Cryogenic tankers..52.5cpm on anything OVER 200 miles in one direction. Under that, it's all hourly. On mileage, when truck stops for any reason, except layover/off duty, on the clock..

I'm hourly but mine works out to approx. $0.29 per mile.

Hey Dave, I'm also looking to get back into trucking. I spoke with Melton and with my exp. they will start me at .38. Before the massive pay cuts I was at .39 with Boyd Bros back in 07.

35 cents local... 13.25, imo, im hell of underpaid... i did have one gig that paid 36 cents a mile for pulling a dry van and 41 cents a mile for reefer and anytime you bumped a dock you got $20 bucks...

im at .075 - .115 per car depending on the size. I always carry 9. Load / unload pay and stop pay.

I applied at SJ Transportation when i was thinking about going OTR and they were at 44CPM. Alot of hazmat tanker stuff.

I make .34 a mile, pulling a dry box.I run anywhere from 2200-3000 miles a week.Never touch a load.Get a safety bonus every month.I generally leave home on sunday evenings and am back home by friday afternoon.Sometimes i get home during the week. It's not the greatest but i like it.
