Ok Dui's are a bad thing we can all agree on that. What about all the drivers that got hired lets say 3 years ago when this rule didnt exist what are they going to do with those drivers let them all go im pretty sure that there are quite a few with past dui's driving for them.

Well companies are raising the standards they expect of a driver ,But nowhere have I actually seen any of theese companies raise the standards on the company end in any way .

As of one month ago, Werner will no longer hire ANYONE with a DUI. I was turned down for a DUI that occured over 17 years ago. This was verified by their recruiting dept and by a recruiter who came to our CDL class yesterday. If you've got one, don't waste your time with them.
