Health Insurance Benefits Startup

I know of 1 company hiring for OTR (Hiring from TX and OK area) who offers Health benefits to experienced drivers and the benefit begins at hire date. A huge benefit considering what some of this insurance goes for on COBRA.

I'm wondering if others know of other companies who offer a minimal or zero wait time for health insurance benefits to start to experienced drivers?
