Companies that hire CDL holder with no recent experience?

My brother is in the same situation I'm in, A CDL A with 4 years exp., but been off the road for years. To get back on, most companies want us to go to school again, or at least get a refresher.

Maverick will hire without either, just have to go with a trainer again. So that works for me, being in NC, within their hiring area. My brother is in MA, so I don't think Mav will consider him.

Anyone know of any other companies that don't require going tru school again? Preferably flatbed?

Thanks.

Ther are a lot of companies that will hire in this situation, Please read the fine print prior to signing anything!!! Some of them will take you on, run your di_k into the dirt and let you go on a whim...there are no scruples left in this business at all

Wonder if Hunt would do the same, since they are now part of Crete/Schaffer.
