They have nice equipment. Very nice. Best looking company trucks I've ever seen. They dont pay very good. I think, low 30s cpm.

I've talked to a couple of their drivers, and they seemed happy. They said that they like working there.

They are a reefer company. Kinda give ya an idea of who their customers are.

They have a great web site, but $.30 to start, ouch! But they say if
you are driving great company equiptment you're not going to make
much per mile to start.

But if you like big cats, big trannys, and lots of shine go for it.

Frieght out west is too cheap from what my boss tells me.
Thats why the compnay I work for dont run it.

Maybe thats why they dont pay alot per mile...the bottom line simply
wont allow it.

Just a wild guess

BTW everyone starts at 30 cpm at Western regardless of experience. They pay based on senority.

When I checked out their safestat score it was at 88, but they seem to have a big problem with speeding, especially in WY. Log book problems were also listed.

15+ yrs only $0.365/mi.

WOW. thought they would pay ALOT more by the looks of their trucks...
