I think I speak for majority of the people here, Cluggy, shut your #@8#ing mouth up on this jb crap already. It would be one thing if you said what problems you had; Like no miles, no pay, no bene's what ever your issue was, and then move on. No one would have a problem with that. But stop acting like a 3 year old crying over and over, posting pointless crap (like this thread) for no reason, or posting so call "real e-mails" you claim to get from people. People like me come here to get information and knowledge of the industry, not to see a grown man act like a baby.
But since I'm in a rare nice mood, I'll help you out, and show you how a normal person acts. New thread: Poster: Does anyone have any info on Jb Hunt, miles, pay etc.????? YOU: Well I drove for jb for so many months, My miles were inconsistent from 1800 per week to 3000 per week. Benefits we ok, not the best, not the worst. My opinion would be check other options first. Any more questions just ask. See how nice that works out, no name calling, no bashing, no crap, straight to the point. Just nice and informative, and the point gets across more clearly, and makes you look like a creditable source, But with all this crap you have posting on here lately, you look like an idiot, and you lose all your creditability. |

I'll tell you what. No more JB Hunt bashing for me. Now, since that's all I good for on this board, let's do this. Mods. One of you delete my account. Thank-you. ***EDITED*** I've changed my mind..... |
I'll never know what's it's like to drive for JB since a certain recruiter hasn't bothered to return my call after taking all my info http://i171.photobucket.com/albums/u...s/rolleyes.gif

First, thanks to all of those who supported me, and my right to bash. But you know, I don't think I'll just leave just yet.
To the rest of you who thinks I just bash on JB Hunt, I do it for a reason. They deserve it. And there isn't a damm thing you can say to tell me otherwise. I said this once, and I'll say it again. If you don't like my post, go read something else. Or bite my a$$, and state you opinions. I don't care. Because to you, I'll always be a basher of JB, and you can defend them all you want. My family went thru hard times during my employment that I had with them, and it went away after I left them, and got a real job that provided a paycheck. So my bashing of JB will never end. If you don't like it, blow it out your a$$. I'm trying to help those who don't know any better. And i don't give a $hit about you, or what you think. For all of you new people just reading my post about JB Hunt, there is a lot of info that is sadly no longer available on this board. So a couple of tips for you. 1. Make JB Hunt your last choice, when no others are available. 2. If you must work for JB Hunt, try to get on a account of some kind. Do not go OTR. 3. If you can't do the first two, make sure your finances are in order before you to go. You don't make $hit when starting out, and if you don't have at least the first 6 months covered, your going to have problems. 4. The first 10-20 % of your miles have already been shaved. Get use to this, they do this to win contract/bids on jobs. Another words, if the job pays 500 miles, be prepared to travel 550-600 miles for that pay. Some jobs don't go that far out of variance, others (if not most) will every time. 5. Be prepared to do a lot of 200-300 mile jobs if you go OTR. Try to get two jobs at a time when the first one is below 300 miles. Your dispatcher can do this, if they want to. Good luck for you newbies. Thanks to those who supported me. As for the rest....well...... |

You'll still have the title over Cluggy as long as JB is not involved the topic  |
You know, some people never learn. Take this thread, for example.
http://www.classadrivers.com/phpBB2/...ic.php?t=28444 When he first ask about JB Hunt, he stated that I didn't need to reply. I was too negative, a JB Hunt basher, called by some. Amazing what happens when you actually go to work for them. I don't feel sorry for closed minded people....sooner or later, they will learn. |
