Flatbedding

I am considering applying with TMC. Next month I will have a year exp. Right now I deliver plants to nurseries mostly in New England. I like the physical part of the job (dragging/carrying plants) but the bad part is in about 2 months spring will be over and I will only be working like 2 days a week until next spring. I can't afford to stick this job out another year.

I'm considering TMC because I have heard some good things about the company and I want a driving job that has some physical work involved. I drove straight trucks hauling lumber and loved that...it just didn't pay enought. I would like to gross at least $850 a week and be home every weekend.

Would I have to go out with a trainer? and if so how long?

Can anyone tell me some helpful information about TMC that might make my decision easier? Also, what other flat bed companies are out there that I should consider looking at?
