Teams- Good companies that hire teams from WA

Heya, me and my wife do not have our cdl's nor the money to go to DTS wich currently is the only school in the area of WA that we live in. So we are wondering some good companies that pay for your school eaither with there CDL program or loan us to go to local school here then we repay?

Any help would be awesome. Thanks in advance!!
