Hello everyone! I will be moving to Spring Hill Florida from Fairbanks Alaska in two months. 14 years of driving and I have no OTR expierence, all of my driving has been local. Record is spotless and I'm hoping to find a similar position in Spring Hill / Brooksville. Any ideas or suggestions?

Thanks, I tried to PM him the other day. Haven't got a reply yet. I don't think I'll have a problem finding work down there. It's just finding the right one has me concerned.

TMC just recently bought out TDT out of Lake City, FL.
I don't know if they train for otr but I know that they primarily run the eastern US. http://gotdt.com/

Shadowsnight thanks for the link as well. TDT looks like a pretty good size company, that and they don't require any endorsements. I'll talk with a recruiter and find out if I they have any local positions available.

I'd really like to go OTR. I would love to see the country and meet the people. Even for a little while. Wife won't have any of that, she's worried about the lot lizzards. :roll:
