Been searching for a new company

I was hoping that I wouldn't be doing this anytime soon. It's taking a bunch of my time constantly calling all thee companies

Is there any company that will allow me to be out for 3 weeks, then take 1 week off? I'd love a company like that 8)

Seems like many will only let me take off for 1 day for each week out  .

Any suggestions for good home time?

Marten Transport. Five days at home after 3 weeks out. If you like pulling reefers.

Unless they've changed it in the last nine months, Marten gives a day off for every five out.

Try Millis Transfer. When I was there you could get 5 days off after 3 weeks out if you ran 3,000 miles a week when you were out, if not it was 4 1/2.

Millis told me they wouldn't hire me with 7 months experience

Either I had to go through the millis school, or have 1 year of experience

Stick it out for the 1 year where you are and then you will have more options

Plenty of companies will let you, but the downside is you'll (most likely) have to slip-seat.
