we pull for frito at times thru our company and have gotten to know quite a few of the drivers. Most of them seem happy and have stayed with the company for quite a while. They also seem to keep there drivers fairly busy the only complaint i have heard and when we sometimes encounter when we pull for them that the load may not be ready to go

There trucks are governed fairly slow, according on one of their drivers with whom I spoke. But loads are light. They seem to have a waiting list for drivers. I think they pay fairly well.

"But loads are light." Ya' think? How heavy can chips be? They don't even fill the bags full. And yes, there's some sarcasm there. BOL

  Yeah,ya wouldnt have to worry about being over weight. :P GMAN was right. Their trucks do run pretty slow. Good company. They are in cahoots with Pepsi. I hear that they pay well, too.

My uncle put himself through college(University of Florida) driving a local delivery truck for them and enjoyed it. They're owned by PepsiCo and have a Profile Sheet on CAD. 8)

packages are filled by weight, not by volume, contents may have settled during handling.
