US Xpress

I worked for them, they are a good company. Pay was always right and on time. As long as you play ball, they keep passing you the ball. Any specific questions, you can PM me.

I am going to sign on with U.S. Xpress within the next year when I get my CDL. I am going to be working on a Dollar General account out of Zanesville, Oh. I have talked to many of the drivers on the account and their only complaints were have to unload the trailer. But they said its not really that bad because the merchandise is put into these big shopping carts and wheeled to the back of the truck. Not much work involved. Also on the Dollar General account trailers now they all have lift gates on the back :D. The U.S. Xpress drivers on the Zanesville Dollar General account that I have spoke with, in person at a truck stop, have said only positive things about them. They did give me a heads up that with the Dollar General accounts you will be going into many tight spaces, i.e shopping centers, etc. If you have any further questions PM me and I will do my best to get information for you. Best of Luck.

Are they running pup's for dollar general? I know a '53 would be a PIA to deal with in some of the spots!

They are running mainly 53' dry vans and a few 48' dry vans.
